As part of RT Entrepreneurs’ expansion plan and market development strategy, we are seeking to hire a Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
Role Overview
The Marketing & Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding the company’s market presence, building relationships with potential clients, and generating qualified leads that contribute to sustainable business growth. The role requires direct engagement with prospective customers through meetings, visits, networking activities, and market outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach potential customers across various sectors including hospitality, healthcare, food service, commercial, and industrial organizations.
* Conduct client visits, business meetings, and presentations to introduce the company’s products and solutions.
* Generate and qualify new business leads and opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
* Coordinate with Sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
* Support the execution of marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
* Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
* Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities when required.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and business opportunities using CRM and ERP systems.
* Contribute to achieving customer acquisition and business growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Previous experience in Marketing, Business Development, Lead Generation, or a similar role.
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to identify opportunities and develop new business relationships.
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
* Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems or willingness to learn quickly.
* Good command of English (written and spoken).
* Valid driving license is preferred.
* Willingness to conduct regular client visits and field activities.
