As part of RT Entrepreneurs’ expansion plan and institutional sales growth strategy, we are seeking to hire an Institutional Sales Specialist (B2B) to join our growing team.

Role Overview

The Institutional Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing institutional accounts, building strong relationships with procurement departments and key decision-makers, and driving sustainable business growth across multiple sectors including hospitality, healthcare, commercial, and industrial organizations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and develop a portfolio of institutional and corporate clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement managers, purchasing departments, and key decision-makers.
* Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
* Conduct client visits, presentations, and business meetings to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in alignment with company policies.
* Negotiate commercial terms and close sales agreements successfully.
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead follow-up to contract closure and payment collection.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
* Utilize CRM and ERP systems to manage customer data, quotations, activities, and reporting.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in B2B, Institutional, or Corporate Sales.
* Good understanding of procurement processes and institutional purchasing cycles.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously.
* Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems or the ability to learn quickly.
* Good command of English (written and spoken).
* Valid driving license is preferred.
* Willingness to conduct regular client visits and field activities.
